The Opportunity

Integrate Resources Group are recruiting for an experienced Civils Foreman to join a well-established contractor delivering civil engineering, drainage and pipeline projects in the Heathrow area.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of site activities whilst ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required programme. You'll play a key role in coordinating site teams, maintaining quality standards and supporting successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations across excavation, drainage and reinstatement activities.

  • Coordinate operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure works progress efficiently.

  • Promote and enforce safe working practices, carrying out site briefings and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.

  • Monitor workmanship and quality, ensuring works are completed in line with project specifications.

  • Plan site resources effectively to minimise downtime and maintain programme delivery.

  • Liaise with the Project Manager, providing regular updates on progress, challenges and site requirements.

  • Review drawings and site information to ensure works are delivered correctly.

  • Foster a positive team culture whilst maintaining high standards of productivity and safety.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a Civils Foreman, General Foreman or in a similar supervisory position.

  • Strong practical knowledge of drainage, excavation and reinstatement works.

  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation, including NRSWA, HSG47 and CDM.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and organise site activities accordingly.

  • Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.

Required Certifications

  • SSSTS or SMSTS

  • NRSWA Supervisor

  • CSCS Gold Card (or equivalent)

  • First Aid at Work

  • Temporary Works Supervisor

Desirable

  • Confined Space certification
