The Role
We have a requirement for a Construction Manager (NEC background) to join our client on a large scale construction projects in Deeside.
You will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation and management of NEC contracts within the project, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. This is a key role that requires an understanding of the NEC framework and extensive experience in managing complex construction projects.
Duties will include:
- Contract management - compliance with obligations, procedure and timelines
- Stakeholder management
- Contract performance management
- Change management
- Knowledge sharing and training
Required:
8-10 years experience
NEBOSH / IOSH
