Position: Industrial Electrician
Location: Basildon, Essex
Start date: Immediate
Duration: Permanent
Pay Rate: £33-36,000 per annum + expenses + benefits
The Role:
Due to expansion, Integrate Engineering are currently recruiting for Industrial Electricians on behalf of our client to join their team on a permanent basis. The work will involve electrical installation, fault finding and maintenance on heavy industrial sites throughout Essex, Suffolk, London, Kent and Surrey locations. Duties will include:
• Understanding and interpretation of electrical drawings
• Installation of control cabling and power cabling
• Installation of motors and switch gear
• Installation of cable management systems (tray, ladder, conduit)
• Wiring of control system interface
• Cable pulling, glanding and terminating
• Testing, maintenance and fault finding duties
• Being available for a call out rota, every 1 in 4/5 weeks.
Requirements:
• City & Guilds / NVQ
• 17th / 18th Edition
• IPAF card an advantage
• 2391 certificate an advantage
• CCNSG card an advantage
• Power station or heavy industrial experience
• Able to interpret and understand electrical drawings
• Good communication skills
• Proactive approach to work
