Position: Mechanical Site Manager
Location: Piccadilly, Central London
Start date: Immediate
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 7:30 - 16:30, Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: £24.23/hr PAYE
Role:
Due to recent project wins, our client has a requirement for an additional Site Manager for a mechanical installation project in Piccadilly, London. The project will include installation of pipe fan coils, heating, cooling, ventilation building management systems etc. Duties will include:
Managing mechanical installation teams
Managing sub-contractors as well as client nominated contractors
Planning work on a daily basis
Working to a tight overall programme, keeping within the timescale and budgets, and managing any delays or problems encountered on-site
Completing daily reports detailing the work being carried out.
Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards of Health and Safety
Requirements:
SMSTS certificate
CSCS card
A background in managing mechanical installation on residential / commercial sites
