Position: Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Locations: Mansfield, Sheffield, Nottingham, Chesterfield
Salary: £25,000 per annum + benefits
Start date: Immediate
Duration: Permanent
The Role:
Due to recent contract wins, our client is looking recruit an additional Mobile Maintenance Engineer on a full time permanent basis to support the site facilities management teams. The role will cover industrial sites in the Nottingham and Sheffield area and duties will include:
· Repairing doors and door handles, locks, bars
· Fitting doors and closers
· Attending to plumbing leaks and blockages
· Painting and decorating
· Roof repairs
· Installations of toilets, basins, kitchens
· Minor civils and concrete repairs
· General maintenance on site
· Completing and reviewing documentation including risk assessments and method statements
· Ensuring health and safety measures are followed
A company van, mobile phone and laptop will be provided. There will also be excellent opportunities for progression and training with a leading company in the industry.
Requirements (essential):
· 2+ years site experience in plumbing, joinery and roofing
· UK driving license
· Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required
· Good time keeping and willingness to work additional hours where necessary on a call out rota
Requirements (preferred):
· Basic electrical knowledge
· IPAF card
· CCNSG card
