Position: Plater / Fabricator

Duration: 4 weeks
Hours: 10-12hrs/day, Mon-Sun
PAYE Pay Rates:
Basic: £22.00/hr Inc Hol Pay
O/T 1: £27.50/hr
O/T 2: £30.00/hr
The Role:
Our client has a requirement for Plater / Fabricator Fitters for a industrial shutdown in Burton on Trent. Duties will include:
- Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
- Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
- Repairing heat distorted steel plate
- Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
Requirements:
- CCNSG card
- NVQ / City & Guilds qualification
- Experience of working on industrial sites ie power stations, refineries, steelworks
