Role: Plater / Welder
Location: Dunbar, East Lothian, Scotland
Rate of Pay: £17.72-£28.48/hr+ lodge + travel
Start date: ImmediateDuration: 2-3 weeks
Hours: 12hr day shifts, Mon-Sun
The Role:
Integrate Engineering are recruiting for additional Plater / Welders on behalf of our client for a cement plant outage in Dunbar, East Lothian. The work will involve plate repairs and welding on existing steel plate and channel. Duties will include:
- Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
- Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
- Repairing heat distorted steel plate
- Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
- MMA welding on mild steel plate
Requirements:
- CCNSG card
- Experience of working in dirty environments and confined spaces
- Confined Space entry certificate an advantage
- Plating and MMA welding experience
