Hours:11 Day Fortnight | 10 Hours Per Day

Rates:Paid in line with Blue Book Agreement

Supervisor

  • Basic Pay: £28.01 per hour + holidays

  • OT1: £39.21 per hour

  • OT2: £50.41 per hour

  • Accommodation: £53.39 per day or hotel provided

£3152 + holidays you accrue inc bonus and lodge

Superintendent

  • Basic Pay: £33.87 per hour + holidays

  • OT1: £47.42 per hour

  • OT2: £60.96 per hour

  • Accommodation: £53.39 per day or hotel provided

  • Bonus: £4.00 per hour

  • Travel & Fare

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Plating Supervisor for a major industrial new build project based in Hertfordshire. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours and the chance to work on a high-profile project.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising plating and fabrication teams on site

  • Coordinating daily activities to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

  • Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and project specifications

  • Monitoring quality standards and ensuring work is completed to specification

  • Managing labour, materials, and productivity on site

  • Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures

  • Liaising with project management, QA/QC teams, and other trades

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plating, Fabrication, or equivalent qualification

  • Valid CCNSG Safety Passport / ACE Card

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification

  • Previous supervisory experience on industrial projects

  • Strong understanding of fabrication and structural installation processes

  • Ability to lead teams and maintain productivity targets

  • Excellent knowledge of site health & safety requirements
