Required:

  • HND in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • 5+ Years’ experience managing Mechanical or Electrical, Commercial, Public Sector, Industrial or residential Projects

  • Must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining.

  • Must be prepared to Travel across Europe (Travel Paid).

The Role:

Integrate Resources Group are recruiting a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager to manage a range of projects for a leading building services business across their European division. The projects you will be managing will range from £1m to £10m+ and with a strong pipeline of work, you may be required to work across multiple projects.

  • You will be required to manage new build, M&E, Building Service Projects throughout Europe.

  • Prepare & issue progress report

  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the client.

  • You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time.

  • Managing budgets, risk and ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.

  • Full control of supervisors, foreman and labour contractors.

  • Agreeing project objectives.

  • Carrying out risk assessments and method statements.

  • Making sure that all the aims of the project and programmes are adhered to.

  • Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained

  • Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
