Role: QA Engineer
Location: Scunthorpe
Start Date: 22.02.2021
Rate of Pay: £220/day
Hours: 40hrs/week
Duration: 6-8 weeks
The Role:
Integrate Engineering Resources are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Engineer on behalf of our client on a large industrial site near Scunthorpe. The project will involve civils and concrete works on site and the role will involve ensuring that the quality of materials and work methods are in line with guidelines and standards. Duties will include:
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and testing on all procedures, overseeing testing methods and maintaining high standards of quality for all processes
Developing and submitting method statements, work procedures, checklists, inspection and test plans and project quality plans
Preventing and identifying defects
Responsibility for project documents, reports and certificates
Requirements:
CSCS / CCNSG card
HNC qualification or equivalent
Quality Assurance background
Civil engineering background
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent time management/multi-tasking skills
Excellent IT skills
High attention to detail / accuracy
Flexible and proactive
Good written and spoken communication skills
