Discipline: QA/QC Engineer
Location: Lynemouth
Term: 2-3 months
Rate: £355 per day
Hours: 12/2 rotation - 10 hours per day
The Project:
Working on a power station in the North East. We are working with a mechanical contractor who are looking to hire 2 QA/QC Engineers for the remainder of their maintenance period on site.
Role: You will be required to implement QA processes and procedures on site and work with the on site team. You will be required to attend daily Quality and Progress meetings with client and implement and monitor the quality functions and activities of the project including quality control inspections and the collection of quality records.
What will you need?
Strong welding knowledge and knowledge of BS 12952, BS 4677 and BS 13480
Boiler experience would be beneficial
Must have experience of completing weld case histories and of completing Life Time Record packages
