Position: Senior Electrical Design Engineer/ Associate Electrical Director

As part of our clients expanding capacity in their Sunderland headquarters, we have a requirement for both a Senior Electrical Building Services Design Engineer and another individual with more extensive management and leadership skills looking to take on an Associate Director position within the company.
Both individuals would provide their services on an array of projects, supporting them throughout their life cycle. The group's pipeline is currently quickly gaining potency, hence their in depth search for experienced professionals within the niche speciality that is Electrical Building Services Design.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing project planning and delivery with confidence and commercial awareness
Managing design teams and multiple projects both technical and commercial
Design proposal development at all stages
Liaising with both clients and sub-contractors
Budget estimation
Site Surveying
Working closely alongside QA specialists
Requirements:
Significant and proven leadership/ management skills
Degree in Electrical Engineering / Building Services Engineering
7 to 15 years of experience working in an electrical design environment
Experience working within the pharmaceutical/building services sectors desirable
