Duration:6 months (ongoing for the right candidate)
Hours: 10 hours per day
PAYE Pay Rates: £25 per hour
The Role:
Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor for a 6-month contract on a Water project in the Coventry area. Duties will include supervising civils, electrical and mechanical gangs on site, ensuring MEICA processes and procedures are strictly adhered to, completing all statutory paperwork, conducting TBTs, and delivering start of shift briefings in line with site requirements.
Requirements:
SMSTS (Essential)
CSCS Card
Proven experience working within the Water Industry
Strong background supervising civils, electrical and mechanical gangs
Competent in site documentation including RAMS, permits and statutory paperwork
Experience delivering TBTs and shift briefings
Strong understanding of MEICA processes
Ability to manage multiple subcontractor gangs and maintain site compliance
