Position: Coded Welders (Structural) – ISO 9606 136 & 138

PAYE Rates (Days – Monday to Friday)
First 40 Hours (Mon–Fri)
£24.15 per hour + £2.91 holiday pay =£27.06 per hour
Over 40 Hours + Saturday/Sunday
£30.18 per hour + £3.63 holiday pay =£33.81 per hour
Lodge Allowance:
£60.00 per day worked (if residing over 50 miles from site)
Hours:
55–70 hours per week (Monday to Sunday available)
The Role
We are recruiting 6 experienced Coded Structural Weldersfor a majorinfrastructure projectbased near Glasgow.
This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile, fast-paced project. Welders will be required to carry out heavy structural steel welding on plate thicknesses up to 100mm, with 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
All welding will be carried out using:
136 – MAG (Flux Core)
138 – Flux Core
High standards of workmanship and adherence to site safety procedures are essential due to the nature of the project.
Requirements
Valid
CSCS Card
Current or previously coded in
ISO 9606 – 136 & 138
(all positions)
Proven experience welding heavy structural steel (up to 100mm plate)
Experience working to UT standards (100% testing environment)
