Position: Construction Manager
Location: Teesside
Pay: £45-50.00/hr LTD
Hours: 49hrs/week Mon-Fri + weekend overtime
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 months
The Role:
Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for a Construction Manager on behalf of our client for a major mechanical installation project on an industrial site in Teesside. The position will be based onsite, starting ASAP through until approx September 2023.
The role is to provide effective and practical construction input into the contract execution phases of the assigned project to ensure constructability aspects of the project execution are adequately considered. Duties will include:
Training:
- Degree / HND or equivalent in either Mechanical/ Piping Engineering discipline or time served in relevant Engineering Discipline.
- CCNSG Safety Passport or equivalent (e.g NEBOSH, EMSS)
- Previous experience in management of Turnaround/ Projects
- Delivery lifecycle and processes
- Document control process
- Procurement & expediting processes
- Risk management
- Budget management
- Team leadership and management
- Planning and scheduling
- Competent and efficient with Microsoft Office software and computer skills.
