Hours: 38hrs/week Mon-Fri + overtime

• 24/7 cover

• 38hrs/week average

• Days and Nights

The Role:

Due to an increase in workload, our client is currently recruiting for multiple Maintenance Coordinators for various shifts on a major power station. The role will involve being responsible for delivering contractual and company goals on all operational tasks, via effective work diagnosing and planning. Duties will include:

• Carrying out PPM and RCM as per site schedules

• Carrying out planned defect repairs on all mechanical equipment in the service delivery scope

• Attending, diagnosing, and agreeing repair processes for plant breakdowns

•Carrying out site operational tasks in accordance with training, site procedures and supervisor instructions

• Completing all necessary documents, reports and records

• Working with the operational department to effectively carry out maintenance work

• Providing an efficient and professional support service to the operational plant requirements

• Identifying and implementing continuous improvements and innovations

• Harmonisation with other teams and clients

• Providing full flexibility to carry out required operational duties

• Collating, collaborating, and communicating the annual maintenance plan to all stakeholders

• Understanding PLC control systems including inputs/outputs and the field-based transducers they are connected to

Requirements:

• CPCS safety passport or equivalent

• Maintenance qualification (City & Guilds part 3/ NVQ level 2/3 in joint discipline)

• Good communication skills, both with colleagues, other contractors and clients

• A strong team player with the ability to work independently and on own initiative

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines safely

• Self-motivated to identify improvements within our work area

• Positive attitude towards health and safety

• Positive can-do attitude
