Required:
Mechanical quantity surveying experience in a building services background.
BSc in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Demonstrable knowledge of the Construction sector with Mechanical expertise

The Role:
Integrate Resources Group are Currently recruiting a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading building services business. You will be responsible for multiple mechanical building service, fit-out, refurb and new build projects across the UK.
As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the day to day quantity surveying and commercial management on Site.
Commercial, contractual advice and consultation to the Projects team.
Responsible for the project budget and provide regular commercial forecasts.
Working in accordance with company policy and procedures, you will effectively monitor and control change to deliver successful financial completion of the project.
Build strong and collaborative relationships with both client and supplier counterparts.
Support any tender processes and Company strategy, as required.
