Role: Site Manager
Location: Various locations in the Midlands
Start date: Immediate
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £45,000-£50,000/year, depending on experience
Role:
Due to recent major project wins, our client has a requirement for an additional Site Manager for multiple water treatment sites throughout the Midlands. The projects will involve upgrades to mechanical systems and equipment including pipework. Duties will include:
Managing mechanical installation teams
Managing sub-contractors as well as client nominated contractors
Planning work on a daily basis
Working to a tight overall programme, keeping within the timescale and budgets, and managing any delays or problems encountered on-site
Completing daily reports detailing the work being carried out.
Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards of Health and Safety
Requirements:
SMSTS certificate
CSCS card
A background in managing pipework installation on industrial sites
CDM experience is an advantage
Water treatment site experience is an advantage
