Position: Slinger/Signaller
Location: Isle of Grain
Duration: 3-4 months
Rate: £17.65 per hour Monday to Friday | £21.00 per hour Weekends

Job Summary: We are seeking a a number of skilled and safety-conscious Slinger/Signallers to join our industrial project team. As a Slinger/Signaller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on the project site. Your expertise in hand signals, communication, and rigging operations will contribute to maintaining a productive and secure work environment.
Responsibilities:
Load Management:
Work closely with crane operators to ensure proper attachment and safe lifting of materials and equipment, adhering to all rigging and lifting protocols.
Signal Communication:
Use standardized hand signals and/or radio communication to direct crane operators during lifting and positioning operations.
Safety Compliance:
Maintain a strong commitment to safety by ensuring that all lifting activities follow established safety guidelines, regulations, and company policies.
Site Coordination:
Collaborate with the project team, including equipment operators, riggers, and other personnel, to ensure efficient and coordinated movement of materials across the project site.
