Hours:      55 Hours per week Mon - Sat

About the Role:

Integrate Resources Group is currently seeking experienced Platers for an exciting project on large-scale bridge structure. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects, contributing to the construction of critical transport links.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Heavy structural steel plating, fabrication, and assembly
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications
Working with high-tolerance steel components
Operating cutting, grinding, and welding tools where required
Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plater in a heavy structural steel environment
Previous work on bridge, viaduct, or large-scale infrastructure projects
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
Proficiency in plating, tack welding, and burning
Valid CSCS card (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship in Plating/Fabrication (preferred)
